We are an independent, pan-African defense and security training and research institute based in Washington, D.C., United States, with a Country Office in Nigeria that also serves as our Regional Coordination Office for the ECOWAS sub-region. We are duly registered with the U.S. Department of State and the Department of Defense as Brokers of Defense Articles, Services, and Training under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), in accordance with the U.S. Munitions List. Our authorization enables us to facilitate defense-related transactions in goods, services, and training on behalf of the U.S. government and partner nations approved by the US.
